Audiology Assistant Job at Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants
With offices to care for patients in Southfield, Novi, St. Clair Shores, Livonia, and now Madison Heights, Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants and Quality Hearing Aid Center is currently seeking full-time Assistant for our growing Audiology Department within our Novi office . This position will provide assistance to the Audiologists and also help with administrative support.
There is room to grow and training provided for the right self-motivated, dependable candidate who possesses great communication skills both verbally and written.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Basic Hearing Screenings
- Hearing Aid Orientations
- Reminder calls for patients
- Repairing Hearing Aids
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining supplies
- Knowledge of Insurance verification and billing
The willingness to learn is instrumental within this role, training is provided for the hearing aid aspects and other duties as needed.
