The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:
Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations.- Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education.
- Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs.
- Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events.
To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients.- Active California Dispensing license or eligible for licensure
