• PEMBA sells, designs, programs, and installs lighting, residential home and small commercial audio-video and automation systems which include networks, and lighting control systems in residences and businesses.

• Knowledge and Experience with audio-video equipment (including receivers, amps, speakers, video distribution, HDMI video distribution) and how the equipment should be installed and set up for residences and commercial spaces such as conference rooms, restaurants, and churches.
• Experience installing audio-video equipment including rough-in and trim-out.
• Experience pulling and terminating cat5/6, coax, and speaker cables.
• Education or training or experience in programming with the ability to troubleshoot data flow and database problems.
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting networks

• Experience with the programming of Radio Ra2, Homeworks, URC, RTI, Elan, Crestron, DMX Lighting, ETC, and or Savant.
• Have installed Sonos, Denon Heos, Crown Amps, TruAudio speakers, landscape speakers, or similar.
• Setup computer networks (routers, switches, WAPs) and computers as well as a strong computer user of Mac or Linux systems.
• Experience leading teams to successfully complete multi-facilitated automation projects.
• Data manipulation and processing knowledge or experience.
• Experience setting up phone apps.
• Experience or knowledge with video switching and video tiling.
• Experience quoting and designing AV, Lighting Control, and Network equipment.
• Experience using Excel to create bills of materials and quotes.
• Experience with selling lighting, lighting controls, automated shades, and electrical equipment.
• Experience with CAD, or similar products for design and project markups.
• REST and API experience.
• Project management experience.
• Have the ability to work with hand tools such as saws and drills.
