We are small but mighty business. We believe in quality over quantity. We are seeking an experienced Association Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. About the Position:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Associations
  • Work with Homeowners, Board Members and other team members within the organization
  • Oversee service contracts
  • Responsible for preparing the HOA financial statements and present them to the Board and membership
  • Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables
  • Forecast and prepare budgets and validate postings against budgetary line items
  • Monitor delinquencies
  • Maintain knowledge, educate Owners and enforce community Rules & Regulations, Design Guidelines, Covenants Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s), Board policies, etc.
  • Plan and attend monthly, quarterly Board meeting and give Board guidance when appropriate
  • Orchestrate, schedule and facilitate annual, quarterly and budget/election meetings.
  • Conduct property visits regularly and provide recommendations and observations to improve the property
  • Work alongside maintenance staff to ensure preventative maintenance and routine maintenance is performed
  • Preparation of estoppels
  • Ensure that all records are kept in good order

  • HOA property management experience is preferred, but management experience is a must.

  • Skilled in conflict resolution
  • Flexibility as this position requires flexible hours for attending occasional nightly and weekend meetings
  • Ability to read, understand, and explain financial statements including balance sheets, income statements and general ledger. Bookkeeping experience is a must.
  • Excellent phone and email etiquette; strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate effectively
  • A team player and willing to help other managers and staff members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
