The Mastercard Launch program is aimed at early career talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience. Over a period of 18 months, Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on the job experience.

The Commercial Solutions Chief Operating Office Team drives the business management activities of the Commercial segment across product, engineering, and business development functions.

The team includes 4 key functions: Chief of Staff/ Business Management, Program Management Office (PMO), Strategic Execution, and Go-to-Market / Sales Operations.

This role will be a part of our Project Management Office and will drive key functions to ensure the successful delivery of our product and business strategy. This role will oversee the lifecycle of our products from conception to commercialization while providing transparency on progress to clients, executive leadership, and commercial partners.

  • Develop framework to assess and prioritize investments and high-impact priorities
  • Track overall execution to strategic roadmap, coordinating with Date & Services, Cyber & Intelligence, Applications, Environmental, Social and Governance
  • Define and roll-out change management process to assess product/project risks to ensure organization readiness
  • Monitor program KPIs and establish automated dashboard to facilitate reviews with leadership
  • Support program updates to management committee and clients

  • Currently enrolled in your final year of a bachelor’s or accelerated master’s degree program graduating in Spring 2023
  • Passion for Product Management

  • Well planned, organized & structured to manage time & work effectively
  • Project management and time management skills
  • Presentation skills and proposal development understanding
  • Strong communication capabilities and demonstrated experience managing simultaneous initiatives, solving problems and applying effective planning skills to deliver multiple initiatives successfully

NYC Salary Range: $71,000 - $109,000
