Workplace Options have an exciting opportunity for a Associate Product Owner to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This would be a hybrid position with a mix of home and office working days. This position will be responsible for WPO’s unique Case Management System, UCMS.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for UCMS developments (priorities, vision, functionalities, etc.).
- Responsible for the communication on UCMS to stakeholders (Service delivery, Finance, clients).
- Responsible to make UCMS as a product for our Industry.
- Manage the team in charge of UCMS day to day implementation (ongoing activity) outside of clients’ implementation.
- Responsible to support other UCMS users (AMs, SD, Finance, etc.) for all questions related to UCMS.
