The Airplane Systems Integration Organization Technical Integration Team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate and Experienced level Project Integration Engineers in Everett, WA.

The ideal candidate will be agile and motivated to help develop and foster relationships across the organization. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with customers (internal/external), stakeholders, peers, and partners while developing and implementing best engineering practices.

Position Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for providing cross functional integration across all of our products. This will include but not limited to the following:

  • Leading Emerging issue resolution for cross functional projects

  • Driving standardization and implementation of technical excellence initiatives (Design Practices, Technical Design Reviews, Lessons Learned, Systems Integration Technical Council) across functional teams.

  • Integration of Airplane Systems cross functional requirements

  • MBE/MBSE tool validation and verification, early lab coordination, integration of functional MBE/MBSE roadmaps

  • Engaging in Development Assurance strategy for current and future airplanes using Lessons learned from 777X and 737MAX, Technical and Process BPSM quality, Design Practice Development and Implementation.

  • BPSM – Technical Integration oversight and SME resource for AP Systems

  • Evaluates customer and /operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.

  • Develops the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.

  • Resolves cross-functional technical issues.

  • Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering?

  • 1+ years of experience in an engineering related field

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of higher education and/or related work experience

  • Experience in design engineering / Engineering Design processes

  • Experience in developing and managing metrics and RCCA’s and/or BPSMs (Boeing Problem Solving Model)

  • Solid Communication Skills

Typical Education/Experience:

Associate (Level 2)

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Experienced (Level 3)

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard

Summary pay range:

Associate: $88,400 - $119,600

Experienced: $108,800 - $147-200
