Summary of Job:

Manage the Content Hub team and related processes, content/PRC operations/processes, platform updates / enhancements, and additional content coordinator team members.

Essential Functions:

• Lead the Content Hub team and in close collaboration with Regulatory drive processes enhancements, updates, and governance for the entire content life cycle
• Be an integral member of a brand team(s) to support the entire content lifecycle - including content strategy, creation, approval, and distribution processes for all content.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for content related topics between the brand(s) and their creative agency/AOR. Provide guidance on content best practices and strategy.
• Ensure that all content management, metadata, claim references, and rights management processes are followed. Also manages all end user rights access to the Content Hub.
• In collaboration with brands leads and agencies, shepherd all content through company standard, SOP based promotional review processes

Job Requirements:

Education

B.A. or B.S. in Business or Marketing related field required, preferred M.B.A. in Marketing

Experience

6-8 years pharmaceutical experience in Digital Marketing / Creative Agency / Content Management

Technical Skills

Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Commercial Cloud, Adobe Creative Cloud, Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Non-Technical Skills

Highly motivated and great attention to detail. Strong endurance to work under tight timelines and complex/changing situations. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Broad level of interpersonal skills and flexibility. Cultural sensitivity and ability to develop consensus within a multinational organization.
