Program or Services: Trinity Services Northwest, Network 7

Location: Des Plaines, IL

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Salary Range: 50k-55k

Description:

Trinity Services is offering an opportunity to join our amazing team that is committed to changing the lives of the people we serve and support. Our CDS Associate Director is a great position for someone who is looking to join an organization that focuses on supporting adults with intellectual disabilities so they may lead full and abundant lives.

Responsibilities:

This position reports directly to the Network Director. CDS Associate Director responsibilities include:

  • Supervise day to day operations of the program
  • Provide leadership to staff and people served to maximize all abilities and outcomes
  • Conducts team meetings; share necessary information; maximizes communication
  • Coordinates the schedule of activities for the program
  • Completes necessary monthly program reports and documentation
  • Implements policies and procedures as well as establishing program goals and objectives
  • Facilitate trainings to staff on a regular basis
  • Conducts frequent evaluation of the facility’s physical plant

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social service or human service field
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in social service or human service field
  • One year or more of experience working with people who have developmental disabilities
  • One year or more of managerial experience
