Program or Services: Trinity Services Northwest, Network 7
Location: Des Plaines, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Salary Range: 50k-55k

Trinity Services is offering an opportunity to join our amazing team that is committed to changing the lives of the people we serve and support. Our CDS Associate Director is a great position for someone who is looking to join an organization that focuses on supporting adults with intellectual disabilities so they may lead full and abundant lives.
Responsibilities:
This position reports directly to the Network Director. CDS Associate Director responsibilities include:
- Supervise day to day operations of the program
- Provide leadership to staff and people served to maximize all abilities and outcomes
- Conducts team meetings; share necessary information; maximizes communication
- Coordinates the schedule of activities for the program
- Completes necessary monthly program reports and documentation
- Implements policies and procedures as well as establishing program goals and objectives
- Facilitate trainings to staff on a regular basis
- Conducts frequent evaluation of the facility’s physical plant
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social service or human service field
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social service or human service field
- One year or more of experience working with people who have developmental disabilities
- One year or more of managerial experience
