Intrado is looking to hire an Associate Implementation Specialist in Longmont, CO to join our Life & Safety business segment. Looking for detail oriented, self motivated, critical thinkers, not afraid to research and think outside the box. Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for assisting with basic, routine data entry tasks which include but are not limited to the up keep of Enhanced 9-1-1 Data Base, correcting of default telephone numbers, general and technical Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) information, research and resolve errors resulting from Enhanced 9-1-1 misroute calls and boundary issues
  • Serve as a point of contact for all PSAPs and ensure all data is current and correct
  • Provide support to many internal teams and demonstrate knowledge of a wide range of Enhanced 9-1-1 technologies (e.g., Voice over Internet Protocol, Fixed Mobile Convergence, Telematics, and Next Gen E911, etc.)

Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications-

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One year data collection or data entry experience preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum one year clerical, data entry or customer service experience preferred
    • Preferably in a public safety or 9-1-1 industry environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred

  • For candidates located in Colorado, the starting salary for this position is anticipated to be $15 an hour and will be commensurate with experience
