Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over sixty (60) years of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking multiple coverage litigation attorneys needed for dynamic and varied Insurance Services practice. These positions include different facets of coverage including 1st party property, UIM and bad faith litigation, pre-litigation consultation, drafting coverage opinions and insurance fraud investigation and litigation. The practice group is team work based and client focused with the opportunity for client interaction and practice growth.

As this position seeks a candidate with two (2) or more years of legal experience, the candidate can expect to work with litigation group that will nourish their development. It is not immediately expected that the candidate will be able to independently manage their own cases from inception to trial. However, under our tutelage, the candidate can expect that our investments in them will help that attorney develop these skills. Feedback is continuous and the candidate’s individual goals are valued.
