ROSE STATE COLLEGE ANNOUNCES AN OPENING IN ENROLLMENT AND SPECIALIZED TESTING
POSITION: Assistant, Telephone Enrollment (Part-Time)
Description of Duties:
Assist the Supervisor of Enrollment and Specialized Testing with the administration and proctoring of computerized tests, including CLEP, DSST, ACT, ACT On-Campus, Next Generation ACCUPLACER and PearsonVue exams. Maintain a schedule of testing appointments. Ensure the integrity of all exams and materials used for testing. Answer phone calls and give students proper assistance. Regular attendance is an essential function of this position. Preform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree. Demonstrated computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be able to use multiple computer systems simultaneously. Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated effectiveness working with a team. Must be able to multi task and work in a fast pace environment. Light lifting and light carrying up to 10 lbs. required. Ability to move freely about test center. Periods of time spent sitting, standing, kneeling and bending.
