Overview:

A Customer Service Associate creates a welcoming and fun atmosphere, puts smiles on people's faces using world-class customer service, and provides a Good, Clean, Fun car wash experience.

Primary Duties:

• Enrollment & Support of Unlimited Wash Club Members.
• Attend the Point-of-Sale and oversee all transactions.
• Maintained all aspects of the property in clean and working order.
• Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile.
• Maintained all aspects of the property in clean and working order.
• Strive for customer satisfaction by giving every guest a warm and friendly welcome, providing support throughout the entire wash process, and ensuring a complete and thorough wash for all guests.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Must be friendly, outgoing, and customer service oriented
• Must have a resilient, positive attitude and energetic personality
• Able to work effectively & be accountable under minimal supervision

Physical Demands:

• Regular physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle equipment that may average up to approximately 100 pounds in weight
• Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods
• Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions
