- Assist project managers with a variety of tasks from project start-up to close out.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining files, schedules & logs.
- Review drawings.
- Locate vendors, prepare bid packages, & receive quotes.
- Draft POs, subcontracts and change orders.
- Assist with the permitting process.
- Distribute drawings to and communicate with subcontractors and field personnel.
- Assist with invoice review and coding.
- Assist with punch list and preparation of close out materials.
- Projects are throughout the U.S. Overnight and some multi-day travel is required.
- An upbeat, positive, results oriented attitude is a must.
