Tiello has partnered with a General Contractor in Greater Bradenton, FL on their search for an Assistant Project Manager to manage self-storage and commercial projects.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with owners, architects, and company personnel on construction projects throughout the many phases of project development and execution.
- Manage the relationships with project owner and architect.
- Manage an individual project, or multiple projects concurrently, depending on assignment.
- Directly, or through subordinates, manage the project schedule, project contract documents, change management, project cost management, project records and documentation, and meetings with project stakeholders (owner, architect, engineer, subcontractors, etc.).
- Work closely with company support departments (e.g. Accounting, HR, Safety, Quality Assurance, etc.) in the execution of project work to maximize success.
- Develop and maintain relationships within the community.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
