POSITION SUMMARY
Ensures that standards and policies are established, implemented, and maintained to meet both company and customer requirements while ensuring the safety of all employees.

Qualifications:

• Meet the expectations and standards set forth by IATF16945 and ISO14001
• Ensures that all employees work safely and addresses all safety issues immediately
• Develop standardized work procedures that will maximize productivity and minimize errors
• Coordinate the flow of information needed to all departments in a timely manner
• Provide feedback and suggestions for continual improvement to ensure a smooth-running department and overall operation
• Schedule manpower allocation to meet daily workload
• Must be able to work with other departments to achieve the highest quality part possible and meet customer deadlines
• Keeps team members informed about rules, regulations, policies, and objectives
• Responsible for making sure that all documentation is current and being filled out accurately
• Communicate with all shifts to ensure all applicable information is transferred between shifts
• Conducts audits in the area to ensure standards are being followed
• Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures while considering budgetary limitations and time constraints
• Motivating, supporting, and providing guidance to staff
• Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
• Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
• Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
