Assistant Manager/Sales Associate Job at So Sweet Lebanese & French Pastries
So Sweet Pastries is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee operations and continue to facilitate in our excellence and growth. We would love to work collaboratively on implementing the Vision and Core Values of So Sweet, as well as overseeing daily operations.
Responsibilities of the Job:
-Ability to lead a group of amazing staff members to assure an excellent customer experience
-Organization of store / materials
-Overall aesthetics of store / product display
-Scheduling Staff and oversee production
-Work alongside Pastry Chef to assure inventory control
-Sales / Marketing implementation
-Cashiering and overseeing Front of House
-Works with staff to assure adherence with all Food Safety / Ohio Department of Health regulations
Work Experience is preferred. We are in a phase of growth and are also able to train and develop a new staff member into a leadership position as well. There will always be room for continual growth and development at So Sweet. It is who we are, as well as one of our Core Values.
