Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager, Consumer Care, you will:
- Provide engaged leadership to a team of direct report consumer facing agents.
- Develop agents to consistently perform with accuracy, speed, and the highest level of integrity, motivating your team to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Provide superior services to Caleres corporate, brand and internal customers by identifying opportunities, efficiencies, and brand partnerships that elevate the consumer experience
- Create efficiencies and elevate consumer experiences through technology, process enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:
We seek people with these qualifications:
- 3+ years customer service or retail experience
- 1+ years supervisory or leadership experience
- College degree preferred
- Retail contact center experience preferred
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop staff
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite, PC, Windows, Internet, data entry and typing
