The candidate should have a proven history of driving year over year results, enjoys high customer interaction, and has had success in being a partner to their Store Manager in developing store teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in supporting a Store Manager in leading a succesful store team in achieving both store and company goals

• Is a role model to the team in both personal sales performance as well as customer engagement

• Supports team develop, including the ability to grow talent for upward promotion

• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, & ability to adapt quickly

• Ability to coach team with specific and timely feedback

• Responsible for managing store and team productivity in Store Manager absence

• Enjoys high level of customer interaction

• Responsible for store operational functions

• Maintains excellent visual presentation standards

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or management experience

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills

• Time management and organizational skills

• Exceptional customer service skills
