About the Job
The Role:
- Prime Time Athletic Club in Burlingame seeks a service-oriented individual who is honest, energetic, polite, enthusiastic, dependable, and punctual to join the team and receive a free membership to one of the Bay Area's premier athletic clubs.
- Part-time (possibly full-time) entry-level position available as an Assistant Manager to assist with the daily operations of the athletic club.
Requirements:
- High school or equivalent education level.
- Stable work history.
- Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
- Have the ability to work autonomously when required.
- Be a team player.
- Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring company policies are followed.
- Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
- Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices.
- Providing leadership and direction to all employees.
- Assisting customers whenever necessary.
- Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed.
- Taking disciplinary action when necessary.
- Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
- Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission.
- Maintaining club to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
- Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently.

Complete with tennis, racquetball, handball, squash, and basketball, a complete line of free weights, 4 lines of circuit training equipment, two advanced cardiovascular training centers, two heated swimming pools, and Five Group Exercise Studios.
