Machete Tequila and Tacos is a high energy, locally owned restaurant group. Our menu infuses classic Mexico City Cantina fair with regional specialties and street food favorite such as tacos and quesadillas. With an emphasis on the bold flavors and robust pallet of Mexican cuisine, Machete uses the freshest ingredients to prepare every dish. Machete also has one of the most extensive tequila lists in Denver. We shake incredibly potent margaritas.
We currently have 3 locations in Denver. Our original restaurant has an amazing eleven year run in Cherry Creek North and we are now into our eighth year Downtown. We signed a long-term lease across from the new Union Station development which has been as dynamic of a location as our Cherry Creek store. Our sales in LoDo have exceeded expectations and we have received many favorable reviews.
Our third restaurant is on the corner of Colfax and Monroe. This location has a large patio with garage doors that create a great indoor/outdoor vibe. We are excited to be a thriving part of this amazing Colfax neighborhood.

Machete prides itself on having our employees rise up through the ranks to management positions. We have an amazing team, and are currently looking to add one or two more assistant managers within the next few weeks. We would like to give somebody from outside of our Machete Familia an opportunity to come grow with us.

Professional skills:

Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 DOE.
