Cedar Ridge Health and Rehab is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our expanding staff of caregivers at our 110-bed skilled nursing facility in historic Lebanon, IL! You will support our residents and work hand-in-hand with our already wonderful team of compassionate and enthusiastic caregivers.

Your Job

• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect
• Supervising all nursing staff
• Maintaining high standards of care for all patients
• Possess reliable transportation and the ability to be on time to assigned shifts
• Work cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care
• Communicating with families, residents, and physicians as needed
• Ensuring the nursing unit is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Complete other duties at the discretion of management

Who You Are

• Current Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• A professional team-player with a commitment to maintain a reliable shift history
• Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on providing genuine hometown care
• Enthusiastic about helping others and being part of a team who focuses on the same
