Job Description:

This person must be organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated to oversee jobs (from start to finish) in various Utility sectors and time zones across the USA.

• Very proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (these are the tools we use to keep track of all our equipment)
• 40-60 Hrs per week.
• Individual will work from their home office
• Work with field project managers to procure, schedule, and manage rental equipment for individual utility construction projects.
• Work with our primary rental vendors to ensure delivery and return schedules.
• Issue / Create Purchase Orders
• Approve invoices for rented equipment,
• Experience in commercial sales / rental, and utility industry.

Required Skills:

Must have experience in equipment / material procurement and a working knowledge of heavy construction equipment and Utility industry equipment, i.e., Cranes, bucket trucks, digger trucks, wire pulling equipment, etc.

Nice to have skills:

Proven past experience managing multiple assets, knowledge of procurement of utility equipment, experience managing rental contracts, (knowing fair market price for renting heavy equipment), ability to keep track of when the equipment must be returned (so as to avoid late fees/penalties), ability to coordinate (and collaborate with) OTR drivers to ensure they know when and where to deliver our assets, etc..
