Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated, experienced Assemblers and MIG Welders. The successful candidates will have experience operating in a fast-paced environment and be willing to take on any challenges presented. The responsibilities of this position will include the fabrication of metal frame structures and the repair of mechanical devices. Various welding techniques will be utilized at this job site, including the cutting process and MIG welding with a variety of metals.

Duties and Responsibilities / Assemblers

  • Assemblers usually use tools to repair or create items and parts.
  • They also interpret technical papers like blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and other written or oral instructions.
  • They are also responsible for collaborating with other members of the line or group to put items together.
  • These candidates should also maintain a neat and clean work environment.
  • They must also adhere to all industry and corporate safety regulations.
  • Assemblers also look for any damaged parts and manage them according to standard processes.
  • Interested applicants should be able to solve problems using logic when they occur.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience assembling components or specialty products is required.
  • Working knowledge of basic math.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Duties and Responsibilities / MIG Welders

  • Weld metal together to create an object.
  • Deal with extreme heat and fumes.
  • Communicate with fellow welders.
  • Read blueprints to understand the welding job.
  • Operate a welding machine.
  • Build things with welding.
  • Handle dangerous materials.
  • Be able to work with a team.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience welding components or specialty products is required
  • Working knowledge of basic math
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Assemblers: $18.50/hr. (weekly shift) Monday — Thursday
MIG Welders: $20.25/hr. (weekly shift) Monday — Thursday
MIG Welders: $23.75/hr. (weekend shift) Friday — Sunday

Possibility of overtime on Fridays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
