If you are interested in joining a growing, team-based organization, RegO has an exciting opportunity for you at our Conover, NC location. We are currently seeking 1st shift Assembler/Packers.

SCOPE:

Our packers will use automated lines to load and unload packed regulators, stack and pile regulators, and prepare them for shipment. Packers must be efficient and detailed oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must have previous packing experience
• Load and unload packed regulators from automated line
• Occasional hand packing
• Assist with change over between regulator types
• Act as a fill-in within assembly, machining and paint line as required

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have previous packing experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs over head; continuously
• Integrity - Reliability, Responsibility and Accountability
• Working knowledge of the English language, both oral and written
• Ability to perform work in a safe manner
• Ability to keep a clean and neat work station (6S)
• Must have high attention-to-detail and strong vision and hearing
• Ability to perform repeated physical tasks
• Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
• Skilled in active listening and following directions
• Good communication skills

Preferred :

• Previous and manufacturing experience
