**ARMED Gatehouse Officer for Residential Community**
*Gatehouse Experience preferred*
Platinum Group Security is looking to expand our team in the Coconut Creek Area!!! We are looking for a seasoned armed security officers with exceptional customer service skills. We are looking to place these guards at one of our many luxury properties to patrol the exterior of the building and deter, and most importantly report any activity. Please see the requirements below:
Pay rate: $19/HR

Requirements:
MUST have a valid D-License
MUST have a valid G-License
MUST own a Firearm
MUST have a valid Driver's License
MUST have Reliable Transportation
MUST have strong Customer Service
Must have strong and clear Written/Verbal Communication
MUST be Flexible
Have experience at a Gate House location
The physical and mental requirements of this job may include the following: seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly. Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers
