The Defense Group at Leidos currently has an opening for an Analyst to work at the customer site on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the PACAF C5ISRO II mission. In this mission, we provide IT support to our PACAF customers throughout the Pacific Theater. The ArCTIC Innovation Team works closely with the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD) Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), Academic and Industry partners to solve complex problems affecting the Alaskan NORAD Region (ANR) mission of Aerospace Warning and Control. ArCTIC Innovations is focused on solutions to improve Domain Awareness, Information Dominance, Decision Superiority and Global Integration through digital transformation.

Primary Responsibilities

Provides Program Management support to assist with the research, collection, review, and management of experimentation with existing and emerging technologies/operations. Facilitates strategic communication and collaboration between the ArCTIC Innovations Team and internal/external agencies. Develops required documentation to solicit partnership/collaboration/funding with external agencies.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience. Additional years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to speak in front of medium to large groups in a classroom or conference setting
• Able to work well independently and within a high-performing team environment
• Ability to mediate technical and non-technical exchange meetings
• Experience with Information Technology Portfolio Management
• Understanding of enterprise, program, and/or systems life cycles
• Understanding of the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process
• Strong experience in the elicitation of user needs from customers/stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

TS/SCI DoD Clearance eligible
