Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience in an ObGyn office setting providing both Ob & Gyn
- Graduate from a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Licensed in the state of WA as a ARNP or PA by the time of employment
- Board certified by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS an ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Associations
