Renaissance Equity is seeking a well qualified candidate to fill a full time Maintenance Technician position at one of our garden style apartment complexes. As a Maintenance Technician, you are the bridge between our residents and our Management Office. You are the First Responder to maintenance problems and emergencies so reliability and good communication are vital. Maintenance Technicians will assist the Superintendents and other Property Staff with repairs in occupied apartments, turning over vacant units in a timely fashion, assisting with cleaning of common areas and property grounds. Maintenance Techs will also help with snow removal and ice prevention during the winter months. Fun and rewarding place to work for those who thrive working independently and as a team. Experience:

Must have maintenance & repair experience and be skilled at basic plumbing, carpentry, plaster/spackle, painting, tile work and general electrical (outlets, switches and fixtures). Seeking self-motivated, hard working, trustworthy individual with excellent communication skills. Must be a team player who works well with others.

Qualifications:

Experience in Building Construction & Maintenance. Apartment Maintenance experience preferred.

Fast-paced work environment requiring excellent work ethic and strong self-motivation.

Must be well organized with great verbal and written communication skills.

Must have valid driver’s license.

Must present a current COVID-19 vaccination card.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $680.00 - $780.00 per week
