Remington Ranch Apartments - FULL-TIME Apartment Maintenance/Make-Ready Technician with Painting Experience.
We are searching for an Apartment Maintenance/Make-Ready Technician with 3+ years of Apartment Maintenance and Painting experience. This position is located at Remington Ranch apartments in Stillwater, OK. Great property, wonderful team, and growing company!
Compensation and Benefits:
The position has paid time-off, a full benefits package, and room for advancement.
You are responsible for completing make-readies between tenants including painting, minor repairs, etc. Technician will also assist with resident work orders and keeping the property in top shape.
Looking for a team player with leadership skills who is able to grow with our company!
Qualifications: Maintenance, Plumbing, Drywall, Painting, & Electrical Skills. Experience working on electric heating and cooling systems a plus but not required.
Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's
Must be able to pass a background and criminal check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
