Addison Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our client located near Hopkins, MN. They are looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist with full-cycle AP and month-end close. This is an excellent opportunity for Accounts Payable Specialists with at least 2 years’ experience to join a great team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prepare all invoices daily and route for approvals.
- Evaluate and reconcile all vendor statements and manage all inquiries.
- Assist with AP reporting and analysis monthly.
- Assist with month-end close process and sales tax reporting.
- Maintain and update all account payable data and ensure accuracy in general ledgers.
- Work heavily in Excel.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Accounts Payable
