Key Responsibilities:

This analyst applies technical knowledge and skills to support the recruitment technology systems. Must diagnose organizational needs under leadership guidance to support with the design of the recruitment technology. Must follow process steps provided to implement improvements and automation. This position will support all recruiting systems, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and alignment with United's overall global talent strategy.

  • Reviews metrics to measure recruiting activity
  • Highlights any areas of improvement as well as proposes solutions for these issues with system functionality
  • Responsible for resolving system issues, errors or failures with the known trouble shooting mechanisms
  • Participates in the implementation of new recruiting applications, system conversions or upgrades by following guidance provided by leadership
  • Assists in analyzing change requests and upgrades to recruiting applications, processes, and systems to support compliance with new technology solutions or legislative requirements

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of talent acquisition technical system experience
  • Understands Recruitment systems data, architecture, business processes, and direction
  • Previous experience in the maintenance and administration of Recruiting systems and tools
  • Understanding of HR operations, information systems and process principles, practices, and plans
  • Demonstrates value in true partnership and collaboration across the organization
  • A demonstrated passion for the delivery of outstanding customer/client service
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal presentation skills, with highly credible managerial demeanor and presence
  • A sense of humor, high tolerance for ambiguity and change, a thirst for learning and self-development
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • 2+ years of talent acquisition technical system experience in a large, complex, multi-facility, and global organizations
  • Experience working with organizations using best-in-class global recruitment systems and processes
  • Project management skills and analytics is an asset
