What is the Role?

Our top Investment Banking client is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented document reviewer to join their Alternatives Team. You will be supporting this tier 1 investment bank back-office team with the operational aspects of banking activities and processing of trade related activities. The Alternatives Private Fund Services Team is seeking a Document Review professional with strong leadership and communication skills to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid, 3 days in office Manhattan, Brooklyn, or Delaware

Rate: Up to $60 DOE

Work pattern: Monday – Friday or standard business hours

Start date: ASAP

Contract Length 6 – 12 months with opportunity to extend

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Your day-to-day activities will include the review of investor subscription documents, check for completeness and accuracy.
  • You will support the review of client subscription documentation, including Subscription agreements, Tax forms, FINRA forms, and any other Subscriber Information Forms

What knowledge, skills and experience we need:

  • Four to six years’ experience in banking operations
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments
  • Technologically adept
  • Good communication skills
  • Graduate or undergraduate degree in finance, business, or related field
