SUMMARY

The All-Source Analyst will research and characterize threats to DoD critical infrastructure in support of Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Joint Mission Assurance Assessments (JMAA).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Study and leverage all sources of information, including INTs, open-source material, law enforcement data, and other government data or information to counter enemy use of an array of threat capabilities under limited supervision.
  • Responsible for the identification and assessment of assets and threat abilities outside of the installation and integrate this information into a finished assessment product.
  • Identifying and evaluating potential threat actors, capabilities, and tactics and prioritize the data based on impact to military operations by assisting installation in the development of all hazard and threat assessments.
  • Integrate data from diverse intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, and HUMINT in a digestible product which the installation or mission owners can use to improve protective posture.
  • Assist and support vulnerability assessments with analysis expertise.
  • Develop vulnerability assessment reports identifying observation/finding, applicable hazard/threat, mission impact, discussion of the issue, and developing risk responses.
  • Proficient experience and training in one or more areas of; threat analysis, foreign intelligence, counterintelligence, risk and vulnerability assessments, military operations, investigations, technology protection, security, and antiterrorism/force protection are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to compile information from all open and classified sources to produce written, multi-media and visualization products in support of operational and policy decisions.
  • Knowledge of IT systems used to fuse data from multiple sources to perform research of all-source data.

SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY

This position will not have supervisory authority.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Top SECRET required
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Prefer a minimum of 5 years working the areas of Intelligence Analysis through SIGINT, MASINT, GEOINT, IMINT, or HUMINT .

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to evaluate disparate intelligence findings and provide recommendations as needed
  • Knowledge of risk management concepts employed by DoD or Department of Homeland Security.
  • Ability to effectively communicate via written and oral means.
  • Ability to write well understood assessment reports.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with little to no supervision.
  • Have an Active Top Secret clearance
  • The ability to pass a federal background check and a drug screen

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The duties of this position are primarily performed in a climate controlled office environment. Occasional travel and overnight stay may be required.

TEMPORARY NOTE :
