Duties:

Radio room agents, also known as SSO agents, are responsible for signing in and out equipment such as radios and bag scanners to airline employees, along with keeping track of the equipment inventory, and sending regular reports to the airline(s) to track any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must have a valid drivers license or state ID and be able to pass a federal background check
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Professional appearance
• Must be very organized and extremely computer literate
• Must be able to complete a proper inventory after each shift to ensure that equipment hasn't gone missing
• Dependable, self motivated and responsible
• Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule, including nights, early mornings, and weekends
