Job Description:
Emerald Coast Aviation is looking for a full time Aircraft Parts Associate. This position works in our parts department and is responsible for monitoring, counting, reconcilling our parts inventory.

Job Duties:

• Perform inventory cycle counting and reconciliation of counts.
• Use computer based programs to help with inventory management and parts records.
• Tracks and receives daily shipments to the facility.
• Process outgoing shipments for Emerald Coast Aviation and customers.
• Assist the billing department with customer work orders.
• Assist Director of Maintenance with work order and invoice data entry.
• Issues parts & assits mechanics with parts requirements.
• Follows up on back order summary & parts.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 6 months of parts room experience

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Basic Computer Skills including Outlook and Excel.
• High attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
