We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our team as a Senior Project Manager
on our Agriculture Team. In this key role, your focus will be to provide world class design, planning,
permitting, and consulting services to our region’s farming communities. This position will directly
oversee large agricultural and farmstead improvements, renewable natural gas (RNG), and technology
improvement projects by coordinating with a variety of agricultural clients. Our aggressive growth plans
will provide you with opportunities to work in partnership with the Sector Leader to influence the
strategy and the growth of our agriculture and RNG markets.
This position can be based out of any of our offices, home, or hybrid.
GOALS & RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will allow the ideal candidate the opportunity to:
 Manage projects and coordinate with clients on waste transfer, storage and processing systems,
specialized storm water systems, water quality, building expansion and permitting projects
 Complete project work collaboratively with other professionals, contractors, various
jurisdictions, and regulatory agencies
 Permit projects through the WDNR, ACOE, and local government agencies
 Build positive and productive relationships with clients
 Assist the Agriculture Team with maintaining existing clients and generating potential leads
 Opportunities for cross‐functional work with our other market teams for interested candidates
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:
 Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Civil, Environmental, or Agricultural Engineering (or a related
degree)
 Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Wisconsin
 Minimum of 4 years of experience (6+ years preferred)
 Agricultural experience a plus
 Experience in project management, client interaction, marketing, business development,
proposal development and contract negotiation
 AutoCAD Civil 3D basic knowledge
 HydroCAD or equivalent storm water modeling software experience
 Be team‐oriented yet individually driven, have strong communication and interpersonal skills,
have advanced problem‐solving abilities, be deadline oriented and be willing to have some fun
along the way
