The Agent Services Coordinator is the key point of contact for every new Keller Williams Agent Associate. The Agent Services Coordinator (ASC) immediately takes ownership of the relationship with the new associate upon their commitment to join Keller Williams VIP, with the mindset that it is 100% his or her responsibility to take the associate out of the Team Leader’s (CEO of the company) hands, onboard them into the Brokerage while creating a first class, organized, professional experience, and to teach that new associate all of the resources, technology and staff of the office so that they are a self-sufficient and well-trained Keller Williams VIP agent.
The ASC is responsible for Agent Onboarding, Training Management, Agent Care & Retention, Marketing the Value Story of KW VIP, Digital Marketing, Outbound calls to current associates and potential recruits, and provided critical administrative and operational support for the market center to run smoothly, provide a wonderful experience for every associate, and transform as many lives as possible!
Requirements
- Proficient in building out systems and training agents on the systems and technology.
- Phone skills - will be reaching out to agents in the office and potential recruits to articulate the value proposition of our company
- Ability to teach classes on our systems and technology
- Personable and enjoys greeting clients and agents as they entire the office building
- Acknowledge and/or respond to all associate inquiries same business day
- Strong technology skills to help with all tech "issues" that may arrise
- Strong understanding on how to market and use social media platforms
