Make an Impact

Fossil is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the execution of our affiliate marketing programs to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, manage and optimize all areas related to affiliates day to day execution including but not limited to invoicing, reporting, campaign optimization and analysis
  • Collect and analyze performance data metrics to optimize campaigns to drive revenue growth
  • Ongoing audit and monitoring of campaigns to identify areas of opportunity / quick wins for the business
  • Collaborate with key partners to drive the business including eComm, Merchants, Planning, integrated marketing, PR, influencers, and digital performance media teams
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and identify opportunities to improve and innovate our affiliate marketing efforts across brands

Your Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Affiliate marketing, Digital Marketing, Fashion Retail, or a combination of experience required
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing best practices and performance metrics preferred
  • Experience with affiliate marketing software and platforms (Commission Junction, LTK, etc) preferred
  • Analytical skills and ability to analyze data and performance metrics
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
