Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented AEGIS Weapon System BMC4I Analyst to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Operational and technical support to integrate existing and developing operational command and control systems
Evaluate and analyze various elements of the Aegis Weapons Systems in support Baseline (B/L) development and modernization for inclusion in shipboard modernization efforts
Performs other responsibilities and tasking by the customer in support of the Sea Based Weapons System mission as may be appropriate including, but not limited to new threat modernization for future advanced BMC4I networks
Evaluate the various elements of the SBWS (Sea Based Weapons System) and make recommendation to the Program Leadership in support Baseline (B/L) development and modernization
Ability to understand and be familiar with the maintenance and operations of the AWS
Development of test procedures
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
US Citizenship with Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of experience
Familiarity with Navy C4I system
Works Independently, as a team member, or leading teams/tasks
Ability to apply analytical rigor to solve engineering/scientific problems
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Prior experience with Aegis Weapons Systems
Experience with Command, Control, and Communications
Technical experience in one of the following areas: Fleet operations, systems engineering, missile systems, Aegis Qualifications, etc.
