The position of Advertising & Distribution Technician is responsible for transforming Siser® Materials into various, manageable, project-specific parts and preparing these for shipping and distribution. The ideal candidate will embrace teamwork and be enthusiastic to expand their knowledge about Siser® products in order to become sufficient in all areas.

POSITION DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Preparing and keeping inventory of samples / swatches.
• Preparing and mailing samples / swatches to distributors and trade shows.
• Preparing marketing tools for sales staff.
• Placing orders via and within Sisers' network to ensure adequate stock levels on hand at all times.
• Communicate with outside vendors and suppliers.
• Preparing, packing and shipping packages (nationally and internationally).
• File claims and follow-up with shipping vendors.

What we are looking for:

• The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented with excellent time management skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Graphic artist background and / or interest in digitally creating and altering art files are beneficial but not mandatory to apply for this position.
• Candidate must be computer literate, proficient in standard office suite programs and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Associate Degree (preferred).
