We are currently looking for an Admissions Director to join our Skilled Nursing Facility in Lincoln, NE!

Job Description:
- Coordinates and facilitates appropriate admission to our facility
- Maintain contact with patients/families regarding potential admissions.
- Conduct interviews and tours of the facility.
- Verify Insurance.
- Educates family members, clients and prospective accounts regarding services and programs offered by our facility
- Generates new referrals by establishing relationships social workers, case managers and other appropriate professional contacts within hospital accounts or other assigned accounts
- Maintains current knowledge and understanding of client payment sources, i.e. HMO, commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.
- Oversee and manage our digital marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with recruitment on recruiting initiatives
- Create, build, and maintain patient referral source pipeline
- Design and implement marketing strategies
- Source and optimize marketing channels
- Identify new business development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Nursing license preferred and/or 2+ years healthcare admissions and marketing experience required
- 2+ years experience as an admissions director in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Managed care insurance
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, along with solid assessment abilities.
- Experience managing an in-house and remote team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
