Job Summary
The Administrative Support Associate I is an integral position within the Department of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). OHS is a department within the Division of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS). This position is necessary in ensuring the operational effectiveness of OHS.

Primary duties include providing administrative support at the department level. Provides data and information management associated with departmental services.

EHS supports the University’s teaching, research, and public service mission by promoting a safe, healthful, clean, and accessible campus environment. EHS’s programs are intended to provide safe and healthy conditions for work and study, protect the environment, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. EHS serves the University community by providing technical services, education and training, periodic audits, and compliance assistance.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Experience using Microsoft Office 365 and associated applications.
