We're looking for someone to join our team as an Administrative Director, Integrative Care Management who:

Directs the integrative care management function for the entire system. Develops, manages, and oversees the annual care management budget. Evaluates monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of the department's functions and makes recommendations for improvement and efficiency. Ensures that reports on changes in Medicare regulations and documentation issues to physicians and others are shared as needed. Maintains relationships and contractual oversight with key stakeholders, local, state, and federal agencies and system leadership. Manages leadership of the care management department.

Essential Functions:

  • Develops the care management team and provides leadership and motivation to accomplish company and department goals and objectives.
  • Develops, manages, and oversees the annual care management budget. Oversees the preparation and evaluation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of the department's functions and reports findings and recommendations to leadership.
  • Provides information regarding changes in Medicare regulations and documentation issues to physicians and others as needed. Analyzes and monitors utilization metrics and communicates findings as appropriate.
  • Oversees accountability for on-site monitoring reviews by outside review organizations and third-party payers.
  • Maintains relationships and contractual oversight with key stakeholders, onsite and enterprise-wide, including education and monitoring of utilization patterns. Maintains working relationships with local, state, and federal agencies and company leadership.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

You'll be successful with the following qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration or computer information systems or equivalent combination of education and experience: Required
  • Master's Degree: Preferred

Work Experience:

  • Ten years informatics or healthcare experience: Preferred
  • Five years leadership experience: Preferred

Required Licenses/Certifications:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker: Preferred
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) - State Board: Preferred
  • Registered Nurse (RN), Medical Degree (MD) or (DO) and currently licensed to practice, without restriction, in the State of California: Required

The estimated base pay for this position is $177,408 to $266,112. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through years of experience, differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
