The individual selected will work under the general direction of the Chief Deputy Director, and will formulate and recommend administrative policies and objectives, and design and implement strategic direction for administrative operations to maximize operational efficiency, improve services, reduce administrative costs, and ensure compliance with County and departmental guidelines.
