Hickory Recovery, a network of experts who specialize in providing the absolute best rehab treatment for alcohol and drug addiction, is seeking an Administrative Assistant that has a passion for providing the highest quality of care with compassion and integrity.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Administrative Assistant is an integral member of the administrative team, assuring smooth daily operations of the residential treatment facility.
SCOPE:
Under the immediate supervision of the Executive Director, the Administrative Assistant assists in maintaining the daily operations of the treatment facility. The Administrative Assistant serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies facility personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Administrative Assistant will answer all incoming telephone calls to the residential facility, takes messages, transfers calls as warranted. Greets and assists all visitors, receives mail and packages daily. The Administrative Assistant will prepare correspondence for Management, including spreadsheets. Maintaining confidential files and materials, professional boundaries, and professional appearance are all required. Duties include assisting with petty cash, updating AP spreadsheet, submitting invoices and vendor information, daily reconciliation, and daily EE document scanning. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for conducting New Hire Orientation, assisting with Time Tracking and Reporting, and update daily census to Chief Reimbursement Officer. Other duties include ordering office supplies, sit in for executive communications, and sorting and scanning pre-authorization and insurance related mail.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years’ experience working in an office setting.
  • Ability to follow directives explicitly, intrinsic motivation, client-driven services disposition, excellent time management skills, team approach, with advanced computer skills.
  • Payroll or time tracking experience preferred
  • Schedule flexibility may be REQUIRED to accommodate client admissions.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

COMPENSATION:
Salary Range: $16-$18/hour

SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS:
Full-Time, M-F 9a-5p
