Administrative Assistant - Bryn Mawr, PA Music School Job at Nelly Berman School of Music
The Nelly Berman School of Music in Haverford has an opening for a full time, in-person, Administrative Assistant, who will work closely with the School Director and another Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced and energetic environment to help manage class schedules, student billing, settling issues for faculty and clientele, helping to organize student/faculty concerts and other fundraising events, updating the School website, and creating concert programs and promotional materials.
Responsibilities:
- Invoicing
- Lesson Data Entry
- Lesson scheduling
- Working & problem solving with teachers and families on changes in their schedules and invoices
- Assist with concerts and scholarship events
- Required is knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms for registration, concerts and competitions
- Working with Director on writing teacher & student policies
- Desirable is some knowledge WordPress to update website, Publisher to create concert programs, and Canva or photoshop to create flyers.
Hours:
Full-Time in-person: 11AM – 7 PM Monday – Friday. A few weekend hours during the year, as needed, for concerts and special events.
