Young & Well provides clinic services to children and their families in addition to school-based IEP services to schools through contracts.

We are looking for a highly efficient and responsible administrative assistant to support our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide support to the Director, Practice Coordinator, and therapists. The administrative assistant should be highly organized, enjoy conversation/have "people skills", and have strengths in technology and systems implementation. The administrative assistant's main tasks include being the first point of contact to the public for the company through answering calls, managing intakes, coordinating the schedule and delegated tasks from the Practice Coordinator and Director. Our ideal candidate has experience as an executive assistant, practice/office manager, or high level organizational support. You must know how to use Google Drive, including docs, spreadsheets and presentations.

Ultimately, a successful administrative assistant at Young & Well will be fun, excessively organized, and think ahead to the Company's needs once oriented. This position is being offered at part-time hourly and has potential for growth, both in responsibility and hours.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact representing Young & Well for public including answering calls, text, and email inquiries
  • Maintain schedule and plan events
  • Maintain internal databases
  • Intake process and support for new clients using electronic medical record system
  • Prepare Digital Launches and Events
  • Advertise, market, and distribute program information

  • Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant role

  • Knows Google Drive
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proper writing and grammar knowledge (difference between there/they're/their, you're/your, etc.)
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail to make systems better for colleagues
  • Prefer a professional who has commitment to wholistic and holistic-minded lifestyle to match our mission and values of therapeutic practices with children and families

Requirements

  • At least 3 references confirming experience and ability to work well independently with high regard will be required
  • High school diploma with at least 5 years' experience.
  • Be prepared to grow and learn, and have an authentic relationships amongst co-workers in a workplace that has shared values and goals with dedicated time to connect to prevent burnout.

Important Company Offerings

  • Support and communication including vision plans for professional development and reaching your goals as a professional
  • This position allows for remote work with occasional (2-3 times per week average) onsite visits. Initial on-boarding will require onsite training.
  • This position generally has flexible work hours though the administrative assistant needs to be available during normal business hours as needed.
