This is Willowsford - a residential, farm-to-table community located in Loudoun County. Willowsford consists of 4,000 acres and at completion will be home to more than 2,300 families. We are looking for a hard-working, dependable Resident Services Administrator to join our talented team. GENERAL OVERVIEW

In keeping with the exceptionally high standards established by Willowsford, the primary responsibilities of the Resident Services Administrator are to provide efficient clerical, administrative and event assistance to the Community Manager and HOA Staff and to provide a professional, welcoming and supportive front-desk presence for Willowsford residents.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Homeowner Association (HOA) or similar experience preferred
  • Prior experience in providing high level resort/concierge customer service
  • Prior office and administrative experience
  • At a minimum, High School Diploma (or equivalent), some college or beyond preferred

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Exhibit understanding of the Willowsford Vision through daily tasks
  • Daily, greet and assist residents, prospective buyers, and other visitors
  • Daily, respond and/or direct telephone and e-mail messages to the appropriate team member
  • Daily, ensure the Community Building is properly maintained and bring any issues to the Facilities Manager immediately through the work order system
  • Regularly, maintain organization and information storage to the shared (z) drive
  • As needed, spot clean front desk area and Community building
  • Ensure the Community Building common rooms, front reception area and storage areas are neatly organized at all times.
  • Assist in ordering office, toiletry and cleaning supplies for all HOA facilities to ensure no shortages
  • Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of office supplies and toiletries for The Lodge and Sycamore House
  • As needed, assist with covenants by generating and mailing violation letters
  • Assistant with other administrative projects as directed by the Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager

ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Normal dexterity of hands and fingers.
  • Regular, skilled use of personal computers and other office machines.
  • Normal physical strength to handle routine office materials, tools and objects up to 25lbs.
  • Normal eye-hand-foot coordination.
  • Normal physical mobility, which includes movement from place to place.
  • Normal verbal, written and non-verbal communication.
  • Normal ability to see, distinguish color and hear.

  • Dependable personal vehicle
  • Good driving record

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
