Job Summary

Performs a variety of administrative tasks to support all departments of the company. Primary telephone contact for all customer interactions including answering calls, mailing customer’s information, and following up with customers on a variety of issues. Supports the management and mission of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
  • Assist with Client billing
  • Communicate effectively with management, customers and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Exercises discretion in the handling of confidential materials
  • Create and update records and databases with financial and other data
  • Miscellaneous duties to support operations
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Prepares daily deposits
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills

  • Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Knowledge of MS Office, and Sage.
  • Strong computer skills
  • High school diploma; BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
